Whitevale / Website information
Website terms and disclaimer
Published 20th October 2026.
This website offers general information about residential block management and related topics in England. A useful explanation is a starting point, not a substitute for checking your lease, documents, deadlines and individual circumstances.
About Whitevale
Whitevale Management is a trading name of Whitevale Management Limited, company number 16848863. Registered office: 105 High Street, Brentwood, England, CM14 4RR. Contact info@whitevale.co.uk or telephone 020 8087 4855.
General information and individual advice
Articles, answers, examples, checklists and downloadable wording are prepared for general information. They do not provide legal, surveying, valuation, financial or other professional advice on your individual circumstances. A published answer to a reader question is not an instruction to act in a particular way.
The correct approach can depend on the lease, title, building, parties, legislation in force and deadlines. Obtain appropriately qualified advice where needed before taking action, making a payment decision or relying on sample correspondence. Sending a message does not suspend a deadline or constitute acceptance of an instruction by Whitevale.
Accuracy and updates
We take reasonable care in preparing information, but legislation, guidance and circumstances can change. Website material may contain errors or omissions and may not cover every exception. A publication or review date does not guarantee that information remains suitable for your situation. Please tell us if you notice a possible error.
We may correct, update or withdraw material. We do not promise that every page will be continuously available, complete or updated immediately after a change in the law.
Liability and rights
Website information is not supplied as a substitute for advice under an agreed professional appointment. Any services we agree to provide are governed by their own agreed scope and applicable terms. This notice does not override those terms or duties.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here removes your statutory rights. Any restriction on liability is subject to applicable law and the requirements of fairness and reasonableness.
Enquiries and urgent matters
A form confirmation means that the website has recorded an enquiry. It does not confirm attendance, an emergency response, an RTM claim, paid work or acceptance of an appointment. We agree the scope and any fees separately before instructed work begins.
For an existing building, follow the urgent and out-of-hours arrangements already supplied for that building. Do not rely on a website form for an immediate emergency. If there is an immediate risk to life, call 999.
Sample letters and other tools
Sample wording and interactive features help you organise information. Check and adapt them before use. A tool or general answer cannot determine whether a particular charge is legally payable or reasonable, establish eligibility conclusively or replace a formal statutory process.
External links
Links to external material are provided where they may help. Third-party websites have their own content, terms and privacy arrangements. A link does not mean that Whitevale controls that website or endorses everything it contains.
Use of website material
Copyright and other rights in website material belong to Whitevale or the relevant rights holder. You may link to our pages and use material within the limits permitted by law. Material expressly provided for copying, such as a sample letter, may be copied and adapted for its stated personal or building-related purpose. This does not authorise resale or republication of the wider website content.
Do not use the website to submit unlawful material, expose another person’s confidential information or interfere with its operation.
